Admin
What administrators changed: invitations, permissions, PINs, assignments, deactivations and settings. This is the one that answers who gave somebody access.

Changes save as you make them. Nothing here needs a deploy.
Four, longer than Atrium's two, because somebody sitting through an 87 slide narrated deck is genuinely idle at the keyboard for long stretches and this system holds training rather than money.
A daily chase on an internal training module reads as nagging, so the default is once at seven days.

Send yourself one of each
Issue 92: the due soon and overdue notes have never actually been sent and watched arriving, because they fire from a sweep and waiting for one means waiting for somebody to be late. These go through the same code the real thing uses and write the same Notifications row, so what lands is what a learner gets. Logged as a test, so one can never be mistaken for a real notice.

Two-day reminders the daily check will send, from today's due dates. Overdue chases follow the rule in System.
Notifications
Every email the system has sent, to learners and to admins: invitations, sign-in links, new training, reminders, results and completion notes. A refused row carries the reason, so "they never got it" has an answer. Sent means the mail service accepted it.
